77bac (hereinafter "Platform", "we" or "77bac") is an online gaming and betting service operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 77bac.

5.3 Technical Errors

6.1 Closure at User's Initiative

You may request to close your account at any time via our 24/7 live chat support or email. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

6.2 Suspension or Closure at 77bac's Initiative

77bac may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Serious or repeated violation of the terms
• Suspicion of fraud or financial crime

• Operating multiple accounts
• Direction from law enforcement authorities

6.3 Balance After Suspension

If an account is suspended due to a violation of the terms, the balance may be held until the investigation is complete. If found innocent in the investigation, the balance will be returned.
